Accessibility at Allure
Last updated: Version 1.3
We want the Allure family of products — Allure Account, Allure Connect, Allure LMS, Allure Create and Allure Training OS — to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech recognition or keyboard-only navigation.
Our target
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across our products. This is a target we are working toward, not a conformance claim: we have not completed a formal audit, and some parts of the products do not yet meet this target.
What we are doing
- Reviewing new features for keyboard access, focus order and color contrast as we build them.
- Fixing accessibility problems we find or that are reported to us.
- Preferring semantic HTML and standard interaction patterns over custom controls where practical.
Reporting a problem
If you find a page or feature in an Allure product that is hard to use with assistive technology, or that does not meet accessibility standards, please tell us. Include the product, the page or feature, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if you can.
Email info@allureplatform.com. We read every report and use it to prioritize fixes. If you need information from an Allure product in another format, ask us and we will help.
